COVID-19 Service and Schedule Update:
The badging office will begin fingerprinting once again starting the week of June 1, 2020. Fingerprinting will be by appointment only. Fingerprint applicants will be booked in 20 minute time slots to ensure social distancing and to protect the badging office staff. All fingerprint applicants will be required to wear a mask or fingerprints will not be taken. To schedule a fingerprint appointment please contact the Badging Office at 717-948-3520. If you call after our normal office hours, please leave a message with a contact number and we will return your call to schedule an appointment. Please make sure to have an appointment confirmation before coming to the Badging Office for fingerprinting. If the applicant wishes to turn in their badging application during fingerprinting, the Badging Office will accept it. Please remember, applicants need two forms of ID to be fingerprinted and/or turn in their badging paperwork. Currently, fingerprint appointments will be offered:
Tuesday – 11:30AM – 1:00PM
Wednesday – 8:00PM – 10:00PM
Appointments for after-hours badge pick-up will now be offered at the Airport Police Department. Please contact the Airport Badging Office to set up an appointment. Applicants can submit badging applications to the Airport Police Department when the Badging Office is closed. The Police Department will still be able to process broken, faded, or 1-day replacement ID’s at any time.
Vetting will continue during badging office hours on a walk-in basis. For vetting after office hours, an e-mail must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting vetting. In the e-mail we will need the following information:

First Name (exactly as it appears on driver’s license)
Middle Name (if it is on the driver’s license)
