Customer Service Representative
The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, owner and operator of Harrisburg International Airport, has an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative. The person in this position will primarily be responsible for providing customer service to arriving and departing passenger at the airport Information Desk. Person will also work occasionally in the Susquehanna Club—the airport run frequent flier Lounge—and will fill in at the Airport Authority Reception Desk.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to problem solve for passengers and customers, and good computer skills. Must be able to pass security screening background check. Hours will be in the mid-afternoon and evening.
