Frequent Asked Questions

Q.  Who can sign-up for the HIA Flyer Rewards?
A.  Current and active travelers including business and leisure travelers, travel agencies, and corporate travel departments.  Program enrollees must be ages 18 or older.  

Q.  How many people can sign up for the program?
A.  The program has open enrollment.  Please be sure to complete the entire registration form in order to be enrolled expediently!   

Q.  My company has multiple people who fly for business purposes, can we sign more than one person up for the program? 
A.  Company corporate travel departments and travel agencies have the ability to initially register 10 (ten) clients or employees when they register for the program.  Requests to register additional clients/employees can be sent to info@SARAA.org.

Q.  How often do I turn in my travel/trip related information?
A.  Every time you depart for a flight from HIA please stop by the Susquehanna Club (across from gate A2) and complete a trip data form. 

Q.  What if the Susquehanna Club is not open when I am flying out for my trip?  
A.  The Club is open Monday-Friday 5am - 6pm.  It is closed Holidays. However, if the Club is closed, please complete the following trip data form to submit your travel/trip information.

Q.  When can I use my card to access the crew/employee line at the security checkpoint?
A. You may use the card at the checkpoint between 5 am and 8 am every day of the week. 

Q. May I enroll my children in the program? 
A.  No, the program is open to adults 18 or older, only.

Q. Must I submit a trip data form when I use my card?
A.  Yes, every time you use the card to access the Susquehanna Club or the checkpoint line, you must submit a trip data form.  If you do not fill out and submit trip data forms - you will not be granted access to the Club.
