Assistance for travelers with disabilities.

At Harrisburg International Airport, we do everything possible to make sure every traveler has a safe and comfortable experience in our airport. For travelers with disabilities, we provide several special services and amenities.

Accessible Parking
Parking for the physically disabled is located in all parking lots. Special handicap accessible busses are available 24 hours a day for those parking in our Long-term/Economy parking lot.

Elevators & Escalators
There are a total of nine elevators located in the parking garage and the terminal building, six escalators in the parking garage and terminal building, and moving sidewalks on the second floor of the parking garage.

Restrooms
There are seven sets of restrooms throughout the terminal, each handicap accessible. In addition, there are five private unisex companion-care restrooms in the terminal building.

TDD/TTY
A TDD/TTY phone is available to contact hotel shuttle and off-site rental car providers in the baggage claim area of the terminal building.

Wheelchairs
The airlines at Harrisburg International Airport provide wheelchairs to passengers requesting these services. Service can be requested from the airline in advance or at the ticket counter at the time of check-in.
