Our staff is happy to help travelers with mobility issues or other needs. Arrange service in advance with your airline or simple ask a skycap for help when you arrive.
Skycaps are stationed near the ticket counters on the first floor of the terminal building. They are always on call to help with luggage, answer questions, and transport travelers who need physical assistance to and from their flights. If you need assistance in the parking garage, please call police dispatch at 717-948-3501 and ask for them to send a Skycap to your location in the parking garage.
The airlines at Harrisburg International Airport provide wheelchairs to passengers who need them. You may request a wheelchair in advance or ask for one at the ticket counter when you check in.
A TDD/TTY phone is available to contact hotel shuttles and rental car providers in the baggage claim area of the terminal building.
