After hours badging by appointment only.

Service and Schedule Update – Effective 7/6/2021

FINGERPRINTING:

Fingerprinting now available anytime the badging office is open – no appointment necessary.  Please note, fingerprinting stops 30 minutes prior to badging office closing time.

BADGING:

Appointments for after-hours badge pick-up will now be offered at the Airport Police Department.  Please contact the Airport Badging Office to set up an appointment.  Applicants can submit badging applications to the Airport Police Department when the Badging Office is closed.  The Police Department will still be able to process broken, faded, or 1-day replacement ID’s at any time.

VETTING:

Vetting will continue during badging office hours on a walk-in basis.  For vetting after office hours, an e-mail must be sent to vetting@saraa.org requesting vetting.  In the e-mail we will need the following information:

Last Name (exactly as it appears on driver’s license)
First Name (exactly as it appears on driver’s license)
Date of Birth
Gender
Time planned on arriving for the vetting paperwork

Failure to provide correct data might result in the person not receiving vetting.

The Badging Office will then conduct the vetting and leave their paperwork at the Airport Police Department.

SIDA  CLASSES:

New employees must take the SIDA training and test during badging office hours.

Testing must be started 30 minutes prior to the close of the badging office or the employee will be directed to the Airport Police Department for testing.  The computer at the Airport Police Department is a first come first serve basis.  Please note, new employees must take the SIDA training during badging office hours with badging staff present and do not have the option to complete the SIDA training in the Police Department.

Broken or Lost ID’s and Testing:
Please see the Airport Police Department when the Badging Office is closed.
